How LUMO Delivery Tracking Works
From order creation to final doorstep handover — keeping merchants, drivers, and buyers seamlessly connected.

Create a Delivery
Merchant registers order in the LUMO dashboard with customer phone number, delivery destination address, and driver assignment.

Notify the Customer
System dispatches automated SMS/WhatsApp message containing the customer’s unique, secure web tracking link.

Driver Starts Delivery
Driver opens browser action link on their phone and taps "Start Delivery", updating order status to On the Way.

Customer Tracks Delivery
Customer opens their web portal link to view live delivery timeline, driver name, and merchant contact options without an app.

Driver Confirms Delivery
Driver verifies handover using 4-digit PIN code. Status changes to Delivered, sending confirmation receipt to merchant and buyer.
